Pricing, Taxes & Errors

Important: All prices are in INR. Orders are processed after confirmation. In case of stock/pricing errors, the order may be cancelled or modified with a refund. All content/images are intellectual property of Cozy Tea.

Prices shown at checkout are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. We may correct typographical or system errors at any time.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed using the methods available at checkout. If a payment fails or is flagged for fraud, we may cancel the order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines shown are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, holidays, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please inspect packages on arrival and contact us promptly for any issues.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Order changes or cancellations may be possible before dispatch. For returns/refunds, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Products must be unused, sealed, and returned in original condition where applicable.

Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

Promotional offers (including first-time buyer codes) are valid for a limited period, non-transferable, and cannot be clubbed unless explicitly stated. Misuse, duplication, or resale may lead to cancellation and account action.
