Shipping Fees
India: ₹49 standard (free over ₹699). Prepaid
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
All prices in INR unless shown otherwise at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays). During sales/festivals, please allow an extra 1–2 days.
Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Coverage & Restrictions
- We ship to most pin codes in India and selected international countries.
- We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or areas restricted by carriers or local laws.
- Customs duties/taxes for international orders are borne by the recipient.
Order Tracking & Delivery
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking link.
- If you’re unavailable at delivery, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold at a facility.
- Marked “Delivered” but not received? Contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
Address Issues, Delays & Lost Parcels
- Wrong/Incomplete Address: Contact us immediately. If the order ships, redirection fees may apply.
- Delays: Weather, strikes, customs, and peak traffic can impact timelines. We’ll keep you updated.
- Lost/Damaged: We will file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as per outcome.
