We want you to be delighted with every Cozy Tea purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please follow our return & cancellation process below. The policy below applies to orders placed through cozytea.in.
Eligibility for Returns
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with seals intact and include all accessories, tags, and your proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened/used packs are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please contact us immediately. Damaged/incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours with photos/videos. Provide your order number and supporting media to help us speed up the resolution.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
- Email cozyteaofficial@gmail.com with your order number, item details, reason for return/cancellation, and photos/videos (if applicable).
- Our support team will review your request and, where eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; additional bank/processor time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), Cozy Tea will cover return shipping charges. For buyer remorse or change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact cozyteaofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process after receiving the package.
